This workshop is designed to help you understand the many paths of Tantra through teachings, exerises and meditations. This is not a sexual activity class but does deal with sexual teachings. Shawn comes from the Mahamudra lineage but he will share other lineage paths and systems. Dress comfortable for movement, bring your questions and be ready to delve into a fun glimpse of Tantra.
